How the minutes work
- Only connected telephone calls use your minutes. Browser test calls and text chats are never charged.
- Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Unused minutes do not carry over.
- Every minute granted and used appears as a line in your dashboard ledger, so a bill can always be checked against real calls.
- Telephone numbers and carrier charges are billed separately by your telecom provider.
Higher volume, or more than one agent?
Clinics running several locations, outbound campaigns, or more than a few thousand minutes a month are priced individually. Tell us roughly how many calls you take and we'll quote it.
Prices exclude applicable taxes. Indian customers are billed in rupees and charged GST where applicable. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.
